Supervised the operation of the total physical plant and the supervision of all custodial and maintenance personnel for Cranberry Elementary School. Worked closely with the Principle and staff on all plant operations and projects.
• Successfully improved all maintenance and mechanical issues in the school and property consisting of a 60,000 sq ft facility with 7 acres of ground.
• Reduced the need for repair of equipment and systems by ensuring daily preventative maintenance checklists are completed and recorded according to the codes and regulations.
• Organized, planned and prioritized the assignments of personnel to include timely evaluations of performance.
