We are seeking a dynamic & motivated individual with “go-getter” attitude and a natural inclination for hustling to join our Design Sales team. Somebody who excels at multitasking and is eager to learn and grow along with the organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Be the Design consultant for DOOWUP Interiors, by converting leads to meetings and then to order booking and design finalization.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for driving Sales through your designing approach and to manage the project until it reaches production stage.
  • Key responsibilities:
  • 1. Proactive Sales: Identify and target potential clients through cold calling on shared leads.
  • 2. Client Relationship Management: Build & maintain strong relationships with order booked customers – understand their requirements, and give them designer curated solutions for their home, including but not limited to, quoting, detailed designing and getting production drawings ready for manufacturing.
  • 3. Proposal Development: Prepare customer specifics proposals/ Quote tailored to specific needs of potential clients while using our disruptive 3D designing proprietary software.
  • 4. Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms & pricing to secure projects while ensuring win-win outcome for both client & company.
  • 5. Achieve Sales Targets: Achieve ambitious sales targets (Order booking & Production) and KPIs consistently.
  • 6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including project management team, category team, design engineering team etc to ensure client satisfaction & successful project execution

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

● Minimum – 2 year Diploma in Interior Designing / Architecture from a reputed Institution.

● Must have selling experience, such as – cold callings, commercial discussions, closure handling, negotiation skills & target planning.

● Must have Site Experience (should be confident that proposed designs can be installed with minimum hassle at site).

● Must be customer-centric in providing solutions – proposed designs should be highly functional and great on aesthetics, while keeping in mind the customerʼs budget.

● Exposure to residential projects is mandatory.

● Google Sketchup software knowledge.

● Strong communication skills – Both verbal and written communication skills to be able to construct and defend ideas / designs / pricing.

● Communication in English mandatory and the local language is also desirable
