Job Description –

• Open and maintain customer accounts by recording accurate information
• Generate sales leads
• Answering phone call
• Resolving customer’s issues
• Dealing with mismanaged payments
• Providing customers with relevant information
• Quotation Preparation
• Encourage them to select the right product
• Assist customers on order-on-line
• Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers.
• Follow-up on all customer requests
• Manage ongoing customer relationships
• Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with staff
• Assist customers with after delivery service issues
• Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and services.
• Able to communicate concisely our company policies to customers

To be successful in this role, you…

• Have good written and communication skill in English & Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge of Ms Office, Word, Excel, Google
• Working skills on a CRM Platform
• English medium background/convent educated preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
