Overview – This job requires calling International candidates who are there in the US but not the citizens of the US, who are looking for job or a job change. Have to call them and ask them if they are interested to enrol with us so that we can help them out to get their desirable job over there.

*Night Shift*

Roles and Responsibilities

· Meet with companies wishing to use staffing services to determine number of hires, salary, positions, job description etc.

· Work with other staffing recruiters, delegating specific responsibilities to each one.

· Perform interviews with applicants, asking questions relating to career, experience, and education, as well as general questions regarding work ethic, standards, etc.

· Place phone calls to applicants’ references and previous workplace to determine capability and qualifications.

· Follow up with companies of all new hires to ensure the job is being done correctly and perform employee evaluations on a regular basis.

· Learn to prioritize labour needs by analyzing customer production demand based on schedule and graded on efficiency.

· Responsible for Entire Marketing process of candidates’ resumes.

· Responsible for placing the candidate as early as possible related to his or her domain.

· Implementation of all the resources whatever the company is having.

· Making the candidates ready for the interviews.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Referring to 6+ months experience in US IT staffing, Freshers are also welcome

2. Basic computer knowledge ( MS Word, Excel etc)

3. Excellent written and communication skills.

4. Comfortable working with team members.

5. Strong convincing power.

6. Out of the box thinking to resolve any ongoing issue with the candidate will be a plus.

7. Knowledge with various job portals is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹9,713.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
