We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we’d like to meet you.
HR Recruiter responsibilities include:

• Designing and updating job descriptions
• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Indeed, Times Jobs, Naukri & LinkedIn)
• Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Fullfilling the requirement in the given TAT
• Handle entire employee life cycle from onboarding to exit (payroll not included)

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Must have excellent command over the English language

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ruby, Kolkata – 700039, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
