Purpose of the Position:

We’re looking for a passionate, innovative and influential Content Writer who will develop world-class advertising and content across several platforms as you continue to tell our brand story and engage with clients to drive the business. The right candidate will be able to develop powerful content and communicate the right information at the right time that inspires, influences and will grow our iconic brand in our communities we serve and beyond. The Person will work with a team of executives, proposal writers, proposal and capture managers, business development, and delivery personnel to ensure our marketing materials, social media activity, and proposals convey key company strategies, visions, and messages, and that developed marketing materials and proposals adhere to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work well with all levels of the organization, be detail- oriented.

Job Description –

· Supporting the development of the company’s social media strategy and expanding our social media presence

· Collaborating with executives, managers, and others throughout all engagements

· Reviewing, organizing, and editing written content/materials to improve Proofreads and edits content produced by other members of the marketing team. Pays close attention to detail, follows English grammar rules, and avoids typos.

· Organizes and maintains an editorial calendar with the assistance of the Marketing Director. Responsible for fulfilling all editorial deadlines.

· Collaborate effectively as a creative partner with internal teams such as Marketing, IT, Sales, Operations and others.

· Write in-depth product descriptions with the perfect blend of creative and technical writing skills

· Gain an understanding of, and define the competitive landscape across Enterprise and Mid-market segments. Reviewing, organizing, and editing written content/materials to improve clarity.

Requirements and skills

· 2-3 years of minimum experience in Content Writing or academic writing.

· Advanced user in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Experience with a desire to work hands-on in producing creative for a variety of mediums including web, in-person events, video, photography, print, and email.

· Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

· Able to manage multiple content creation projects at one time.

· Proven ability to communicate complex topics in ways that are relatable and understandable for readers.
