Designation – HR Coordinator

Location – Kolkata, West Bengal

Educational Qualification (desired) – Any Graduate

Skill Set

· Exceptional Communication Skills

· Language – English (written and spoken) and Hindi / Bengali

· Knowledge of HR systems and databases

· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting staff – this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process ;
  • Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
  • Planning, preparing and delivering, training, including inductions for new staff, partners etc ;
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
  • Administering payroll and maintaining employee records;
  • Developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements;
  • Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers;
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program;
  • Nurture a positive working environment;

Experience

Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment & Generic HR

Salary Range

Up to Rs.20000/- per month

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Human Resources Occupations: 2 years (Preferred)
