Responsibilities

• Handle the FB ,Twitter page of the organization

• Develop social media strategy

• Create original content

• Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients

• Growing social media pages across various platform

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

• Set specific objectives and report on ROI

• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

• Writing of blogs, Press Releases

• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

• Oversee social media accounts design ( timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)

• Suggest and implement new features to develop awareness, like promotions and competitions

• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

• Organize both online & offline activity (BTL)

Qualifications & Skills & Requirements

• Proficiency in all social media platforms

• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Experience in developing social media strategies.

• Ability to measure the success of campaigns.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Hands on experience in content management

• Excellent copywriting skills

• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

• Knowledge of Organization campaign

• Familiar with Twitter, Instagram, etc.

• Familiarity with web design

• Analytical and multitasking skills

• Understand Google Analytics

• Must have 5yrs of exp. in Social Media Marketing

• Have exp. in Team handling.

Language Proficiency – English & Hindi

Salary Range – 4 to 6 lakh per annum

(Compensation package will be in line with qualification, experience and last salary drawn)
