Summary:This hybrid Operations/Client Services team member plays a crucial role in managing assigned client work from data intake through delivery. They leverage operational expertise and consultative skills to build client relationships and ensure client success. Candidates must possess leadership abilities and a background in E-Discovery to manage multiple requests, utilize resources effectively, and achieve positive client outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Principal Job Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for daily requests from multiple parties on various matters, escalating to Project Managers as needed. Draft and manage processing work requests (e.g., processing, promotions, third-party loads) from initiation to completion. Collect, examine, and prepare client data for processing.
Utilize Relativity Processing application to process data, conduct quality checks, troubleshoot, and resolve processing errors. Import and export data using Relativity Integration points/Load Data with Import/Export application. Collaborate with internal Technology Teams to support Relativity Processing and related loading requests.
Assist Client Services department with routine client requests during downtime. Interpret client needs accurately and efficiently relay directives to operational groups, providing consultation as required. Aid in troubleshooting and resolving client issues related to delivered or hosted data.
Monitor and report on client project progress across departments at Epiq and directly with clients. Work closely with client services team and operations management to ensure timely handling of client requests. Provide consultative advice to clients on processing, loading, and processed productions.
Support Client Services Manager in evaluating team workload and task delegation. Establish a feedback loop to gather real-time client input, contributing to continuous product improvement. Job Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or client services within an E-Discovery vendor, law firm, or corporation (E-Discovery/related department).
Must have RCA/RelOne/Analytics/Processing or any related eDiscovery certifications. Must have experience with Relativity Processing. Experience with Relativity features such as Fields, Choices, Views, Layouts, RDC (Relativity Desktop Client) – Import/Export, Searching, STRs (Search Term Report), Imaging/OCR Sets, and analytics.
Ability to independently use Relativity with minimal supervision. Strong multitasking skills and effective time/workload management. Technical proficiency, excellent computer skills, strong organizational abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills essential for interacting with law firm project managers and lawyers. Understanding of the legal services industry with the ability to communicate effectively within legal contexts. Demonstrated success managing multiple simultaneous projects.
High technical aptitude with database programs, text editors, and review platforms. Highly organized with the ability to monitor and document progress across multiple processes. Availability to work extended hours as necessary during peak client project periods.
Exceptional customer service, interpersonal skills, and professional communication abilities. Proven ability to excel in a collaborative team environment. Occasional on-call availability during the week and weekends may be required.
