Clearly identifying the work flow associated with manufacturing of a Product. Controlling the flow of work to meet customer deadlines. Supervising all production activities Delegating duties to individual team members.

Keeping Supervision of all production activities. Maintaining good channels of communication between production management and post production team. Providing relevant manufacturing information to senior managers. Allocating work to the production team. Making sure that all production equipment is properly serviced and maintained. Analyzing manufacturing costs and benefits. Recording all relevant information in logs. Making sure that all planned maintenance work is carried out on time. Coordinate Communications, track and follow up on requests, and identify those of importance which require immediate attention. Must have knowledge of manufacturing of chemicals.
