Job Responsibilities

To look after 300 TO 400 seats outbound call centre operations and deliver high productivity through controlling, monitoring, analyzing & reviewing system.

Manage data sources and ensure proper data churning on Dialler

. Schedule progressive and predictive callings

. Ensure proper Talktimes , shrinkage , attrition on the Call center floor

. Connect with Team Leaders & Agents to ensure low attrition

Minimum Education- ANY GRADUATE

Work Experience- 15-18 YEARS MINIMUM

Gender -MALE / FEMALE BOTH CAN APPLY

Industry Exposure Required- Hands on experience in domestic out-bound sales process

Experience in Outbound call centre sales process – Min 10+ yrs. Min number of agents handled : 200+

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
