Job Summary:

As an Oracle Payroll Cloud HCM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing Oracle Payroll Cloud solutions for our clients. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that the solutions meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. You will leverage your expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll to provide best practices and insights during the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Payroll Cloud for clients, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and map them to Oracle Payroll Cloud functionalities.
• Configure Oracle Payroll Cloud modules according to client specifications and business needs.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Oracle Payroll Cloud features and processes.
• Work with technical teams to design and develop any required customizations or integrations.
• Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets quality standards.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Stay updated on new Oracle Payroll Cloud releases and features to provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic approach to HCM solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations.
• Oracle Payroll Cloud certification is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations especially around US and UK
• Experience with at least two full lifecycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in documenting processes and creating detailed reports.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud integration with other systems and third-party applications.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
