The opportunity

We’re looking for Staff Consultant with expertise in Fusion Finance functional to join the leadership group of our Consulting Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering.


Your key responsibilities

  • Requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies
  • Maintenance and enhancements to existing Fusion Financial modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management
  • Participate in design reviews and discussions
  • Map client requirements against Oracle eBS/Fusion Financial Modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management
  • Should be able to interpret functional requirements from onsite and able to deliver and design it from offshore
  • Assist business user during CRPs/SITs/UATs
  • Prepare quality deliverables
  • Prepare test scripts and test cases
  • Conduct trainings
  • Prepare quality deliverables
  • Support Project Management Office (PMO)

Skills and attributes for success

  • Deliver large/medium Oracle ERP programmes, demonstrate expert core consulting skills and advanced level of ERP knowledge and industry expertise to support delivery to clients
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents.
  • Must have knowledge of documenting using OUM or any other methodology
  • Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team-members
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to follow well defined release management processes
  • Ability to multi task and still stay focused on release priorities
  • Must have valid passport.
  • Client site work / Business Traveling involved


To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience working in ERP Financials with at least 2 years of experience in Fusion Financials
  • Should have worked in at least 2 full life cycle implementations with at least one of the implementations on Fusion Financials
  • Prior experience of Financial is required
  • Good to have knowledge in FAH and Public sector implementation.
  • Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role
