Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage teams responsible for delivering the middleware solutions. Work with offshore, client, onsite teams as part of the project
• Provide integration solutions for enterprise systems using different middleware platforms
• Hold sessions with end users and/or functional consultants to gather business requirements for technical design
• Analysing current design and deliver future state integration architecture
• Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analysing, and structuring relevant data
• Ensure the best technical solution across the life cycle of design, development, operational service and ongoing enhancement.
• Assist business user during CRPs/SITs/UATs
• Implementing integration best practices, conduct trainings and mentoring team members
• Working on project assessment for end-to-end analysis of a project’s scope, scale, deliverables, objectives, and impacts
• Support end users in resolving the reported incidents within prescribed SLA
• Work in shifts to support client support engagements
• Should be willing to travel onsite on short term or long term on need basis
• Participate in business sales cycle

Experience:

• Minimum 12-16 years of relevant experience working.
• B2B & EDI Integration – Extensive knowledge with IBM B2B Integrator of at least 4 years. Knowledge on other Middleware platforms will be added advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of ANSI and EDIFACT EDI standards.
• BPML (Java+XML based Business Process Modelling Language) or Business Process Design, XPath, XSLT – mandatory
• Map Editors – Exposure to mapping – IBM B2BI/ Talend/SAP CPI/See burger/Ecllipse/Talend
• Strong understanding of the communication protocols – SFTP,AS2,HTTP/S,FTP/S,ODETTE,Connect:Direct,VAN,RFC (ALE & BAPI),SMTP
• Authentication methods – Certificates, SAML2
• Webservices – SOAP, REST API Based Integration and understanding of WSDL
• B2B and API Security gateway, Perimeter/Proxy servers
• Expertise in working with API’s, ESB’s and defining services.
• Encryption technologies – PGP/GnuPG, S/MIME
• Content/Filename based routing, Mailboxing concepts

• Should have designed and worked on at least 3 middleware engagements using different technologies
• Should have sound design knowledge with respect to different Integration Patterns File/Batch/real time. Should be well versed with Web Service Fundamentals.
• Should have experience on various deployment models and best practices
• Strong knowledge and understanding on Architecture of different middleware platforms
• Should be able to provide appropriate processing mechanisms for API implementation
• Message Routing, Content Enrichment, Message Filtering, Message Transformation, Guaranteed delivery, Message sequencing, Batch message processing, error handling and reconciliation mechanisms
• Good understanding on documenting Integration Solution Architectures
• Knowledge on Agile scrum and water fall methodology
• Experience on Technology and Application adaptors (Primarily: File, FTP / SFTP, DB, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce).
• Experience of having worked in an onsite- offshore delivery model would be a plus
• Experience of having worked in a CMMI environment would be a plus
• Technical knowledge and exposure in other EAI platforms Talend/SAP CPI/Seeburger/Informatica/Dell Boomi ideal is an added advantage
• ERP Integration basics understanding – SAPor MS Dynamics or JDEdwards across Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Logisitics, HR)
