Our client is a leading firm in the IT services and consulting industry looking for a senior SAS developer. As a SAS developer, your job duties include improving and writing program-specific code, developing data sets and projects, and performing marketing analysis using reports you’ve created.

Tasks

• Monitor performance, resolve design and/or code issues, and provide on-call support to ensure that customer service levels are met;
• Perform unit, system, integration, usability, load, parallel, performance, and volume testing, to ensure software performs to an appropriate level of satisfaction;
• Perform development-level testing and writing unit tests;
• Prototyping and demonstrating solutions;
• Working closely with the agile team;
• Uses modelling tools and repositories to effectively and efficiently define data and business process requirements;
• Perform additional SAS programming support and produce analysis reports, tables, listings and graphs;
• Generate a report (tables, listings, and graphs) using PROC Report, PROC Tabulate, PROC Print & PROC Summary;
• Providing support for software in the field;
• Understand use cases, write functional specifications and design documentation and assist with feature documentation;

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer science or related field;
• SAS Web Report Studio;
• SAS Visual Analytics & Statistics;
• Depth understanding of statistics;
• Knowledge of TDMS systems, products and processes is an asset ;
• Hands_on experience in SDTM, ADAM, TLF datasets and specifications;
• Good understanding of SAS platform, software, base SAS, macros, UNIX scripting and CRON.
• Good knowledge of Building Data Models/ and developing various reports in SAS;
• Effective time management skills and can work independently;
• Preferably have programming knowledge covering activities from study set-up to final reporting;
