Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and resourceful Online Call Center Officer to join our team at Flipkart in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate Level position, the Online Call Center Officer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing quality customer service over the phone and through online chat platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
Responsibilities:
1. Answering incoming customer calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Providing product information, order assistance, and resolving customer complaints or issues.
3. Assisting customers through online chat platforms and email correspondence.
4. Ensuring customer satisfaction by actively listening to their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
5. Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the system.
6. Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience and service delivery.
7. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
2. Strong communication skills and ability to present information clearly and effectively.
3. Critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
6. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
7. Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
8. High school diploma or equivalent.
