Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Online Customer Service Associate to join our team at Flipkart in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Entry Level position, no specific experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience would be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service experience

Requirements:
