Role Description

This is an internship role as a Human Resources Specialist at FliqaIndia©️. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day HR tasks, including HR management, policy implementation, employee benefits coordination, and personnel management. This is a hybrid role with the majority of work located in the Kolkata metropolitan area, but with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Human Resources (HR) practices and policies
• Experience in HR management and personnel management
• Familiarity with HR policies and employee benefits
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems
• Relevant coursework or degree in Human Resources or related field
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Salary – 10k – 15k per month
