Pre-Conditions For Trainee Recruitment: (All candidates must be made aware before applying)

• If selected the Trainee have to join within fifteen (15) days.
• The Training and probation period would be for a duration of Twelve (12) months
• During the Training and probation period a Stipend of Rs.20,000 would be paid to BTechs & MBAs and Rs.15,000 to MCAs and BBAs
• Depending upon the Trainee’s performance the Company may extend the probation period or even discontinue the engagement
• Upon confirmation of the services, the salary package would be in the range of 25-30 K for MCA/BBAs and 35-40 K for Btech/MBAs per month
• Ater confirmation 15% of the finally fixed salary will be withheld as a retention for a minimum period of 1 year
• If any candidate leaves the engagement during the probation or before the retention period, neither the accrued retention amount be paid, nor will he/she be issued with any Release or Experience letter from the Company.
