Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Sales Manager/Marketing Manager. The Sales/Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing institutional sales and marketing strategies that support GemCorp’s business growth objectives by identifying potential customers and promoting GemCorp’s recycling and technology services. Additionally, the Sales Manager/Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the customer relationship and creating networking opportunities to enhance GemCorp’s business profile.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the waste and recycling industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
• Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis and research
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Experience in managing customer relationships, lead generation, and report generation
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
