Inviting applications for the role of
Senior Manager, OTC
The GPO will be responsible for driving process control, ideas, transformation in various process of Order Entry, recoveries of past due, handling disputes from the retailers on the Order to Cash front and see opportunity in deductions on the Account Receivable side. He/ she will be responsible for front-ending with sales, buyers, vendors to initiate recoveries. Strategies on how to achieve monthly targets and come up with new insights to increase the recoveries for the team. Further need to follow through with the operations team for the upstream process fix and share standard methodology to avoid deductions & chargebacks.


Responsibilities:

    Balance Cash related to collections and dispute management, implement & make sure to strategy

    Aggregate and correlate all available information to suggest an important direction for the root cause investigation.

    Identify potential customers for recovery and build the recovery process.

    Experience in Cash Application to check the company liquidity and applied cash against Invoices or Dispute to check the remittance details of customers and applied accordingly.

    Good Understanding of Logistics/3PL/Carrier’s channel and handling Bill of Lading (BOL)/ Proof of Delivery (POD) from multiple Warehouse/Carrier’s and Customers.

    Needs to maintain relationship and resolve the dispute if any between internal partners

    Review collection reports settling the status of collections and balances outstanding to ensure compliance with the Credit & Collection policy.

    Ensure timely resolution of customer / called out issues along with root cause analysis to avoid reoccurrence

    Coordinate with multiple customers for repayment against outstanding balance also send reminders (E-Mails/Calls) to get the repayment.

    Should facilitate communication/coordination between internal customer group and external carrier contacts to ensure the attainment of service level objectives. Focus efforts on timely pick-up/delivery and overall partner satisfaction.

    Excellent interpersonal communication and good in coordination with internal/ partners like Sales team, Operation, Customer Category Manager, Customer Business leads.

    Perform SWOT Analysis, Due Diligence, Financial Statement to check business impact for new customers.

    Should have Analytical and Quantitative approach for multiple Industries, behavior for prospect customers

    Analyze data for past due deduction to help the team with recoveries and front end with Sales team to increase the recovery

    Coordinate with multiple customers for Project Status, Amendments, changes

    Coordination with internal and external partners (Sales/Operation /Finance) for customer support.

    Suggest improvements in the dispute patterns and resolution process as well as understanding customer nuances.

    Resolve issues with excellent customer service with internal & external customers.

    Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external partners’ inquiries efficiently and deftly.

    Resources from OTC domain and worked on SAP ERP- preferably Dispute Management

    Good understanding of upstream and downstream of Order Management , Order fulfillment Collection/Exceptions

    Overall candidate should have problem solving, macro level research and analytics approach and good in numbers

    Past experience of directly handling client & Retailers


Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications

    Bachelors in commerce (B.COM)

    Good written and verbal communication skills

    Prior experience in value share projects

    Good Communication Skill and Negotiation Skills


Preferred qualifications

    ERP Platform – Thorough with Finance & Accounting modules of SAP & Oracle

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Should have a good understanding of project management knowledge areas.

    Deep Domain Collections experience

    Significant experience in OTC & AR domain with in-depth process knowledge of Invoice to Cash process – “Deduction management / Reconciliation”, Cash Applications, Collections etc.
