Inviting applications for the role of Manager – HR Transformation Lead – ERP

As HR Transformation Lead for Data to insights workstream, you will be responsible for designing HR metrics, reports, and visualizations for HR stakeholders. Additionally, you would also be involved in defining the overall reporting structure for the organization and integrating data from multiple systems into one source to provide a holistic reporting experience to stakeholders. This role is of not only high visibility but also one that is bound to have high growth potential. And that is why we are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and passionate about Digital Transformation and can work closely with senior leadership in the organization.

Responsibilities

. Be a thought leader and imagine the way business intelligence is looked at in the organization

. Liaison with HR stakeholders and ERP team within the organization to understand reporting needs

. Understand HR processes and identify key metrics the organization should measure within different processes

. Define what metrics different stakeholder personas should look at – e.g., what metrics HR Leaders, HRBPs or operating leaders should look at

. Design user facing visualizations for reports

. Coordinate with IT (Information Technologies) teams to ensure timely delivery of reports / metrics to stakeholders

. Agree on business transformation rules for every metric with stakeholders

. Work on integrating data from different source systems into one common repository (data lake)

. Work with leadership team and IT on Master Data Management

. Define governance and control plans on reporting and visualization

. Constantly innovate and bring market best practices in our operating model

Minimum qualifications

. Strong problem-solving skills

. Management Reporting and Escalation handling

. Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills

. Ability to handle projects independently

. Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

. Team management skills

. Proficiency with visualization tools such as Power BI / Tableau etc is desired

. Comfortable working with data and numbers

. Internal / External Stakeholder coordination

. Self-learning & development
