Inviting applications for the role of SA, Order Management

Responsibilities

The resource would be part of the order management team and would be independently balancing all Order processing requirements, Key Responsibilities includes:

. This role requires frequent interaction with client through telephonic and email communication

. Sound knowledge of Manufacturing Processes (Procurement, Logistics, SCM etc.)

. Follow and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations, standards and standard methodologies

. Support the Project coordinator for operational perfection and exceeding important metric targets

. Responsible for developing Process Flow, SOPs and documentation

. Sales Order, Purchase Order creation in SAP

. Follow up with Vendors for timely delivery of material

. Close co-ordination with logistics/cross functional teams to resolve any issues

. Correcting any errors which are received due to incorrect entry of orders by Supplier/Customer and ensuring they are in system for further processing

. Email Management

. Analytical and Problem solving skills

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

. SAP Functional Knowledge

. MS – Office (Excel, Word)

. Flexibility to any shift

. Strong E-mail and Customer call handling etiquettes

. Strong Oral and written Communication skills

Preferred qualifications

. SAP Hands on Experience

. E-mail/Workflow handling tool exposure

. Manufacturing Industry Experience/Exposure
