Job Responsibilities

1. Proactively hunting new regional account opportunities in focused regions.

2. Identify, build and maintain government clients, government officials.

3. Build a team for finding new opportunities.

4. The main responsibilities of this role are driving new accounts growth as well as nurturing existing customer retention.

5. Initiate and cultivate high-level client relationships with key decision makers to build trusted partnership

6. Manage the sales process by generating business leads, responding to RFPs, developing and delivering client proposals, and developing competitive advantages, following up with prospects/clients until the contract to be closed.

7. Meeting and exceed assigned sales target including accurate and timely forecast so as to achieve company s revenue goal

8. Continuously increase industry-based knowledge by monitoring industry trends, participating in events and knowing the competitive landscape

9. Reporting to Business Development Manager

Skills and Knowledge

1. Any Bachelor’s Degree who has proven experience in B2B sales.

2. Excellent verbal and written Multilanguage communication.

3. Ability to provide effective presentation and solution demonstration

4. Strong networking skills, aware of the market, negotiation skills

5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage the time efficiently

6. Self-confident, good image and trustworthy.

7. Added Advantages for Business to Government(B2G) sales experience.

8. Willingness to travel.

Experience: 1- 4 years
