Go getters who have passion for Pre sales in IT sales such as Microsoft365. Lead generators who want to reach out to as many as possible and provide solution to businesses in B2B sales. Those who are full of fire to learn more about IT products, and are people person and like to connect to different types of people. Who have voice process background and love to work under pressure. Telecom background is preferred. Should have Good command over english language. Passion for sales. Cloud software sales experience will be added advantage ( such as Microsoft)Experience – 1-3 years ( with a background in outbound voice process is preferred)Job description

• generate and qualify leads
• source and develop client referrals
• prepare sales action plans and strategies
• schedule sales activity
• develop and maintain a customer database
• plan and conduct direct marketing activities
• make sales calls to new and existing clients
• develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
• Knowledge of Sales funnel and pipeline structure.
• Demand Generation Prospecting + Existing customers servicing
• Making outbound (cold/warm) calls to find qualified leads in the assigned region (International market)

Skills

• Sales background, with 2+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams in Software & Cloud Services organizations, Banking or financial industry.
• Proven sales expertise, with a track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Demonstrable sales excellence discipline
• Experienced in complex sales methods & processes
• Knowledge of Cloud products.
• Experience in telecom sector – Reliance Jio/Bharti Airtel/Vodaphone will be considered added advantage.
• Has outbound calling process experience
• Bachelor’s degree with exposure to Information Technology (or equivalent)
