To prepare specialized food as per the prescribed menu of the organization.
- Plan and prepare Restaurant, Catering and buffet menu.
- To handle complete kitchen operation.
- To lead and manage the team of Kitchen staffs and co- ordinate with the Service and catering staffs.
- Work with the Head Chef to prepare menus, including specials Order, prep, and keep stocked the common ingredients for all cooking stations, including vegetables, spices, etc.
- Having a knowledge of Inventory Management.
- Preparing Staff Duty Roasters
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
- Overnight Shift (Preferred)
