  • Candidate should be from F&B/FMCG/Fintech/Food tech/Food or F&B Aggregator background
  • Experience in Retail food/Grocery Chains/Hyper Local Delivery is a must
  • New Area development through Franchising.
  • Hands on experience in franchise sales, lead management and Team management.
  • Building & managing relationships with new clients and existing partners to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Strategic planning to achieve sales target in timeline.
  • Planning and directing the hiring as well as training of new sales representatives / executives.
  • Preparing report on sales projections and roll out of deals.
  • Co-ordination with business head and achieving sales target.
  • Managing a team size of 3 to 5 and taking follow ups on day-to-day sales activities.
  • Lead management and co-ordination with the team.
  • Closing the deal by directly getting involved with the clients.
  • Lead generation through various platforms and professional connects

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
