Job Descriptions

· Achieve allocated admission targets.

· Upselling Students and parents about our courses .

· Counseling on call to prospective candidates

· Obtain candidate information such as name, address and and queries related to different courses.

· Recording the details obtained from contacted candidates.

· Interaction with students and parents on a routine basis.

· Clarifying doubts of students and parents.

· Managing fee structure for different programs.

· Monitor class schedules to ensure the smooth running of classes

· Achieving the targets in a high pressure performance driven competitive environment

Skills & Requirements

· Relevant experience in counseling profile in Education field.

· Self-motivator & Drive to work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Strong communication, presentation skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude.

· Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups.

· Good written and verbal communication skills (Fluency in English ,Hindi and Bengali is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹14,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
