Job Description:

Goibibo is seeking a highly motivated Live Chat Specialist to join our team. This is a work-from-home position based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat support. This is an entry-level position with 1 year of experience required.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with booking travel accommodations, providing recommendations, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
3. Use persuasion and strong communication skills to upsell and promote additional services.
4. Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement.
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:
1. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
2. Confidence in communicating with customers and promoting products.
3. Strong persuasion and analytical skills to drive sales and resolve customer issues effectively.
4. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
5. Excellent written communication skills.
6. Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
