Asst Manager / Manager/ Senior Manager – HRO Payroll Expert – Kolkata Candidate Expectation & Job Responsibility: Candidate Should have minimum 7+years of exp Deep domain expertise and experience across the HR domain from Hire to Retire processes (Talent acquisition to employee services, Payroll, compensation, performance management and learning) Technology Insights – Sound knowledge of the latest HR cloud platforms like Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle etc. and automation opportunities in HR domain Client management / client facing skills and client relationship building. Leading and helping the sales and solutioning teams in terms of new business opportunities and front ending these discussions with potential clients Sound Operations management experience (including service performance metrics management) Core Requirements & Key Skills: Deep industry experience in HR Domain (UK/US) Demonstrate ability to manage multiple clients and teams Work in a global environment with matrix reporting relationships Flexibility in approach and ability to think out of the box Result oriented approach Demonstrate ability to manage pre -sales and solution portfolio Excellent client management ability Good people management Skills Excellent communication skills Presentation skills Qualifications: Education: Bachelor degree, Post Graduate / Masters in HR (Preferred) Experience in due diligence, solution identification, feasibility assessment, client visits Experience in cost estimation and pricing for outsourcing and offshoring of processes Preferred experience in delivery, transition and/or solution design in BPS
