About the Role: ARCL Organics is looking for an experienced leader to manage our Animal Feed Division. This role involves driving sales, building a high-performing team, and executing strategic marketing plans in the aqua, poultry, and cattle feed sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Manage P&L, aiming for a sales target of 200 crores annually.
• Team Development: Lead and develop the sales and marketing team.
• Strategic Marketing: Implement marketing strategies to boost product value.
• Brand Promotion: Direct brand campaigns to establish ARCL Organics as a top choice.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders.
• Product Management: Collaborate with R&D and production teams.
• Budget Management: Oversee the sales and marketing budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in animal feed sales and marketing, with 5 years in leadership.
• Proven sales portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of aqua, poultry, and cattle markets.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strategic and innovative thinking.
