We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our client’s team as a BDM (Data Analytics and AI). This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics and artificial intelligence solutions, along with a proven track record of successful sales in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional solutions.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.

Business Development

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns and materials that resonate with potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and aligning our solutions to address those needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on how our data analytics and AI solutions can add value to their business.

Product Knowledge

  • Possess a deep understanding of our data analytics and AI products and services.
  • Effectively communicate the technical aspects and business benefits of our solutions to clients.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our data analytics and AI offerings.
  • Tailor presentations to address specific client challenges and requirements.

Negotiation and Closing

  • Lead contract negotiations, address objections, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure the smooth execution of contracts.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and enhancements.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, artificial intelligence, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
