Job Summary

We are looking for vendor support executives for a Leading Outstation cab provider. The candidate should be an expert in dealing with vendors (Cab owners). Should have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and vendor service skills. The work would be to handle assigning reconfirmed bookings to the vendors with high professionalism, handling real-time escalations and vendor support.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Good communication skills

2. Must have experience in the travel and cab/taxi industry.

3. Should be well versed in Hindi and English both. Additional languages Tamil, Telugu, Kannada will get more preference

4. Talk to vendors and help them with their daily assignments and other issues.

5. Building rapport with vendors and guiding them with more process knowledge.

6. Respond to vendor’s inquiries and help them to work with Gozo.

7. Should be flexible with rotational shift and rotational weekly off.

8. It is a blended process of inbound/outbound

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
