Here is brief of opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic team member to join our Sales & Business Development team to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and responsible for the growth of the department. You will work with internal team members to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders and close the business deals.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients effective sales strategy.

Salary Offered – Best CTC in the industry + incentive + performance bonus
Qualifications – Master or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
Industry – IT services,B2B Sales, Digital Marketing, Web Development
Location – Kolkata
Experience – 2 to 5 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation, Pitching, Explaining products, sending proposals, fixing appointments, keeping track of all leads, convincing leads, and negotiate pricing.
  • Acquire new customers with consistent follow-ups
  • Arrange telephonic, virtual & physical meeting with key clients, consistent follow-through, and resourcefulness
  • Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in an organised way.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience or understanding in solution sales/concept sales to small, large and medium enterprises is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office (word, excel & power point), mail writing & telephony skills
  • Hard working & ready to work under pressure with client and team.
  • Target oriented & passion for Sales & Business Development
  • Good communication (oral & writing), presentation and negotiation skills
  • Willing to talk to people and mingle with them
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
