Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager – Stores at the manufacturing plant located in Greater Kolkata Area. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for tasks related to customer service, store management, retail loss prevention, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes
• Previous experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or retail industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
