Role & Responsibilities:

• Tracking and monitoring status of active and expiring contracts, with a focus on contract compliance.
• Contract Annotation: Creating worksheet using i- python notebook, as per client instruction workingon MDF, creating Artificial Sentences, Examine & determining languages of the sentences.
• Contract Abstraction: Reviewing complex legal contracts and abstract the points as per client’sinstruction.
• Work in Redaction, Privilege Project etc.
• Efficiently work on Client specific tools.
• Legal research Ability to work comfortably on US law research using Westlaw, other subscription based databases, etc.
• Assists in contract summarization, contract management, legal research, drafting, litigation research related projects
• Verify documents for completeness and compliance with quality and client requirements.

Qualification:

• LLB/LLM from India or abroad
• Experience: 2-3 years experience in legal field working with international clients.
• Competency: Legal Knowledge: Understanding of legal fundamentals, methods and procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹34,000.00 per month
