We are searching for a well-connected pharmaceutical/diagnostic sales representative to augment our team of expert staff.

He / She will be required to forge relationships with prospective clients, using these connections as opportunities to drive sales and promote existing and upcoming products.

They should also perform ongoing competitor analyses and on-ground patient journeys to ensure that we remain a leading provider in the field.

The sales representatives are expected to identify other stakeholders besides physicians in the ecosystem to drive sales.

Responsibilities:
Studying each of our products to ensure expert knowledge thereof.

Communicating with extant and budding clients to maintain these working relationships.

Informing clients about the benefits, and limitations attached to each product.

Selling products/services to medical professionals, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and pharmacies based on their needs.

Walking clients through the results of our clinical trials to further encourage sales.

Creating promotional materials such as banners and informative cards for dissemination by clients, if needed.

Analyzing competitors’ performance to safeguard and further promote our position in the market.

Conduct regular self-evaluations to ensure that you always meet sales targets.

Attending training workshops and congresses to remain up-to-date with standards and developments in the industry

Reaching out to prospective clients from their existing network as well as details/links shared by us in person or by call – whichever is effective
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and client sales/reach-outs

Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

Requirements:
Degree completed/pursuing in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacy, microbiology, or an adjacent field is preferred.

Preferred formal training in marketing, sales, or equivalent.

Work towards various sales campaigns and facilitate profitability.

Good understanding of prevailing health issues and fads.

Outstanding verbal and written communication.

Goal-oriented committed, and relentless approach to work.

Interested in understanding and sharing medical innovations.

Preferred strong connections with top pulmonologists/General physicians/Consultant Physicians in his/her region.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
