a) Carry out or co-ordinate the testing of all construction materials procured at site and concrete design mixes to ensure the standardisation of the same prior to use for construction as per ITP frequency.

b) Rejection of any substandard materials procured at site prior to use for construction by maintaining proper documentation along with reporting to the concerned authorities.

c) Co-ordination with site team against any ongoing & upcoming activities and Random site inspections of Pre, During and Post construction/finishing items installation activities and keep records as per QAP.- Through Non Compliance Report / Site Observation sheet & co-ordination with HO for mitigation of the same.

d) Monitoring of Mock-up of any material / product / process, in coordination with respective Site engineer / Sr. Engineer.

e) Optimization and finalization of concrete Mix with value addition aspect across all projects.

f) Conduct continuous R & D on different products & activities for continuous improvement of the process and product performance. (as and when required )

g) Keep updated to the Calibration of equipment, implementation and verification of QC system at site, prepare and updating of documentation.

h) Maintaining proper documentation of all QC activities as per IMS requirements and QAP and update the report to HO through mails on monthly basis.

i) Preparation and submission of ‘Weekly & Monthly Report’ through the specified format provided from the corporate office to the Deputy Manager QAQC at HO & to the respective Site In-Charge.

j) Preparation of Quality MIS Report.

k) Onsite training / interactive session on different activities of work to the site team, contractors prior starting of specific activities

l) Plan & Conduct ‘Weekly Quality meeting’ with all respective site & QC engineers of Contractor & Client in presence of Project Managers based on the quality issues. MOM against each such meeting must be shared with Deputy Manager-QA & QC at corporate office.

m) Periodic onsite verification of documentations with respect to the work executed by the site team.

n) QC checks for snagging & de-snagging.

o) Audit of handover of completion certificate of units.
