Sales Executive is one who is solely responsible, for Lead generating , Taking Order,

closing the sales and collection of the payment from the customers around the

designated market area by his own.

and work with a prescheduled tour program, and reporting on daily Basis.

Responsibility

Deliverable

1. Touring and Visiting the prospective customers.

2. Sales Meetings with design understanding and quotation making at Factory.

3. Closing Sales, Collecting orders and payment.

4. Sales Conversion.

5. Planning for growth of sale.

Tasks & Activities

1. Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like India Mart,

i. Government E Marketing( GeM), E wizard, Eprocurement.gov.in, web tenders, def proc convert into sales with preparing all necessary supporting draft like quotation Making, Design Making , Design understanding than act.

2. . Submit daily report in details with each and every Shop / persons name, owners name, phone number and address, next visit date, payment collection, due amount Travelling expenses and hotel rent daily basis.

3. Submit Monthly tour program for the coming month at the last date of prevailing month with tour expenses budget included in the tour program.

4. Divide the tour in four equal part for the month, so that you can visit the shops in equal interval and same day in each week or month.

5. You have to focus on the furniture products than the other products or departmental store racks.

6. Submit the expenses claim sheet and signed ledgers of the dealers at the beginning of the next month.

7. Office will hold the salary of the previous month until the daily report for last month in details are submitted to the office.

8. Weekly review meeting at factory only at Monday from 10.AM to 11 AM. No need of meeting at office without special purpose.

9. Visiting a town means visiting the shops and offices and schools of that town, and you have to submit each details and instruction received from the prospective purchaser via whats app.

10. You have to book the order personally directly in Google sheet, no one is going to receive the order by phone.

11. To know the stock and status of your products delivery you may visit factory or inquire over phone.

12. All Payment to update in what’s app group instantly and in Google sheet daily at night.

13. Submit the sales achievement report for last month in the first week, with in 7th of the next month. ( You have to submit the performance/ sales report if you have achieved the target or not) in both soft and print format(3 copy), we will not accept any sales achievement report after 15 Days of next month.

14. Apart from physically visiting the purchaser, you have to call at least 5 old customer daily.

15. Factory will love to see yo0u in the market, rather than spending time in Factory.

16. Send location in whats app after reaching the scheduled market. Inform in the group that you have reached home, after reaching your home at the end of the days work, at the same time inform the amount of cash and payment is with you.

17. This is your duty to collect and reconcile the signed ledger copy from each shop you are visiting, and collection of the payment from the customer is also your duty.

18. Once the tour program is final there will be no chance to change the tour program, if you are not being to travel to your scheduled destination or market, can inform all the customers you had planned to visit, that you are not visiting them today and take a leave on that day from work.

19. Please call every customers whom you are planning to visit tomorrow or day after tomorrow, and tell them you are coming to visit him, inform the time of your arriving at his shop one day prior to your visit.

20. Don’t call any customer before 10 AM in the morning or after 8 PM at night unless you are instructed by the customer to do so.

21. If you are planning to work in the factory for the day, reach before 9.45 AM.

22. Sign the entry register while entering the factory and before leaving the factory.

23. Get a personal accident/ mediclaim policy for you, Factory will pay 50% of the premium amount.

24. Keep company catalogue, sleep pad, gift items and visiting cards handy with you, while visiting the market.

25. Start getting up from the bed at 6 AM and going to bed at 11 PM. Carry your own water bottle in your bag, company will not pay for purchasing Mineral water in the local and ex station(day) tour.

Plan and implement marketing strategy, including advertising and PR.

Plan and manage sales an marketing resources according to agreed budgets.

Personal Situation: Must be mature and domestically secure. Able to spend one or two nights away per month without upsetting domestic situation. Able to commute reliably to office base. Able to work extended hours on occasions when required. May be striving financially but not desperate or in serious debt. Must have clean or near clean driving license.

Specific Job Skills: Able to communicate and motivate via written media. Understands the principles of marketing and advertising cost-effectiveness, including market sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling, cost per response, cost per conversion, etc. Appreciates need for consistency within company’s branding and marketing mix, especially PR and the Internet. Experience of managing marketing agency activities useful.

Computer skills: Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word, and ideally Access or similar database to basic level, Internet and email.

Literacy and Numeracy: Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance, e.g., gross margin percentages and calculations, depreciation, capital and revenue expenditure, cash-flow, overheads, etc. Must be a very competent writer of business letters, quotations and proposals.

Business and Selling Skills: Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator. Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts customers and large contracts or even a business, particularly achieving genuine sales development. Ideal background would be in business support services; experience of washroom and contract cleaning industries would be particularly helpful. Experience of tenders would also be useful.

Management Ability: Though internal staff management is not initially part of the job, responsibility and opportunity could grow with the development of the business, for example the prospect of recruiting and managing support telesales staff. Some people-management skills, experience and natural ability will be useful.
