The job vacancy is for the personal secretary for the Director of our company Howrah Flour Mills Ltd. The job will entail:

  • acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments,
  • booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • managing databases and filing systems
  • implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • collating and filing expenses

Skill Requirements:

1. Should have good oral and written communication skills and be fluent in English and Hindi

2. Should know how to use Microsoft Office

3. Organisational skills and the ability to multitask

4. The ability to be proactive and take the initiative

5. Tact and diplomacy

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,202.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Elgin , Kolkata – 700071, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
