· Managing the complete recruitment cycle.
· Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions
· Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers of the companies.
· Using various recruitment techniques (job portals, social media platform, referencing, headhunting) for finding the best-fit candidate as per the requirement.
· Develop a talent pool through creative sourcing techniques
· Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
· Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.
· Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality an providing Payroll inputs accordingly.
· Conducting employee induction and orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
· Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
· Conducting various games & celebration activities, engagement activities, employee recognition acts.
· Resolving grievances and queries of the employees.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s or Maters degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources

· 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR.
· Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
· Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork.
· Excellent Communication skill.

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
