JOB ROLE

* To conduct both online and offline training sessions of fresh job seekers who want to join Retail Sales Segment

* Min. 2-4 hrs session for a batch of min. 25-30 candidates for maximum 7-10 days par batch

* May need to handle 2 batches in a day simultaneously

* To train candidates on Retail CSA job role and to prepare them well so that they can pass assessment tests at the end of training sessions

* if required, trainer may need to also conduct OJT

MIN. REQUIREMENT OF TRAINER PROFILE

* Max. Age 35 yrs & Graduate

* Min. 1/2 yrs experience in Retail Sales Training .

* Need to possess Online Training Skill and Experiences

* Need to be efficient in conducting training sessions in Bengali, Hindi, English

REMUNERATION

Depends on present remuneration and is negotiable

Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: From ₹300.00 per hour
