We are in a process of expanding the capabilities of the IFS assyst product including replacing the current front-end with a modern, intuitive user interface built using the latest technology.

In order to contribute a key, leading role the successful applicant will deliver solutions in the Angular framework and will need some experience of the current technology stack to be able to understand what’s already there and the server side logic

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or professional qualifications and 5+ years of work experience in developing production enterprise Applications.
• Prior experience of developing complex user interfaces with a recent version of Angular.
• Good working knowledge of TypeScript
• Good working knowledge Angular component libraries
• Good working knowledge of Karma/Jasmine testing
• Web development experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• RDBMS knowledge and experience, e.g., SQL Server and/or Oracle.
• Experience in developing Spring/Java server applications.
• Experience in Agile Software Development methodologies, Test driven development and continuous integration.
• Very good inter-personal skills, including the ability to work successfully in an Agile environment.
• Good Team player.
• Ability to communicate effectively with different project stakeholders.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Experience of creating custom Angular components
• Experience of creating data-driven user interfaces
• Experience in Java technologies and building RESTful APIs.
