We are a growing team of 45 people, working primarily remote, being headquartered in Australia, consisting of teams working across APAC and Europe. About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated Administrative Assistant to support a variety of functions within our organisation. This role involves handling reporting and financial tasks as well as supporting talent acquisition efforts.
The ideal candidate will excel in managing diverse responsibilities, with strong proficiency in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and excellent English communication skills. *This is a fully remote job opportunity; however we are looking to hire someone based out of Mumbai only. Key Responsibilities:Reporting and Financial Tasks:Perform daily reporting tasks such as data entry, ensuring accuracy in data and calculations.
Prepare, update, and manage invoices for receivables and payables. Maintain financial records, including expense updates, P&L, and other reports in Google Sheets. Talent Support:Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for open positions.
Review and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates. Assist with scheduling interviews and managing candidate logistics. Additional Duties:Handle various ad-hoc tasks related to finance, reporting, and talent support as needed.
Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in either Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.1-2 years of full time working experience in an administrative capacity. High level of attention to detail is a must. Proficiency in MS Excel (including VLOOKUP, SUMIFs, Pivot Tables).
Experience with Google Sheets and familiarity with Google Data Studio is an advantage. Basic knowledge of accounting software like XERO is an advantage. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
