Daily Duties-

  • Act as HR lead and perform as a guiding force to the team members for the designated location.
  • Overall TAT & Quality management for all HR transactional activities.
  • Liaise with other functional / departmental leads to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure full co-operation required.
  • Conducting recruitment process as per requirement.
  • Ensure proper on boarding and employee welcome.
  • Establishing proper employee connect.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
  • Introspect into core HR issues and act as a penultimate point for grievance management.
  • Data upload, maintenance and approval into EW.


Periodical Duties-

  • Design and drive employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with all the branches regarding E Mag participation. Core Member of the E Mag team.
  • Training and Development of team members.
  • Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and identify development areas as per best practices.
  • Supervise each and every team members’ roles and responsibilities and amend them as & when required as per business requirement.

Ad Hoc Duties-

  • Devise, design and implement talent retention practices for the respective location.
  • Implement and Promote HR programs and policies to create an efficient and harmonious workplace.
  • Any other HR related duties as deem fit by the management as per requirement.
