Looking for Food Service Executive for a reputed company in South Kolkata. One must have minimum 3-4 yrs of experience to apply for the Post and be a Graduate .Good communication skills in English is a must. One must have prior experience in a Retail Food Outlet.

The key responsibilities are as follows:

One needs to handle visitor needs, front-desk operations and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.

One needs to create strategies and services to enhance productivity and increase revenue and profitability.

Should also handle guest complaints, providing service replacements or refunds as and when needed.

In charge of the safety and security of the outlet.

One must be an excellent communicator and leader to successfully manage staff and operational responsibilities.

Should welcome guests and take feedback regarding quality of food.

One must be Proficient in MS Office (Excel in particular)

One must be a Graduate with exceptionally good communication skills to apply for the Post.
