Job Description

Seasoned HR professional with 4 to 7 years of HR experience.

This is an Individual Contributor role, based at Kolkata (office is at Kolkata Airport).

Reporting to: Regional HR Lead – EAST

Key job responsibilities:

• Act as an employee champion through constant pulse, employee connects and other engagement avenues.

• As HR Generalist for the function, deliver on the following for all managers & employees as required:

o Employee relations

o Coaching & counselling

o Performance management and appraisal support

o Support all recruitment initiatives completely in close coordination with TA and HR Ops & work with regional teams to define better sourcing strategies

o Training support, including identification of needs & design / identification of appropriate programs

o Career counselling / career development

o Manage employee grievances & employee queries appropriately.

o Exit Management

• Manage processes like

o Performance Management System (Half Yearly/Annual Appraisal Process)

o R&R Initiatives and Activities for all Stations for East Region

o Others as defined from time to time

o Payroll activities including attendance, leave, payroll inputs etc.

o Define & support the collection of relevant data for meaningful analysis (attrition, manpower, R&R and performance, dashboards, etc.)

o Manage employee grievances and queries through HR Shared Services support

o Provide feedback to HR leadership on critical HR issues in the function

o Engage regularly with all Regional stakeholders (Stations/Airport) and work as a member of the East Region HR team to understand business specific needs and drive people agenda

o Support communication processes within the region to ensure consistency of culture, values, and experience among employees

o Supporting the conceptualization, Design and implementation of HR strategic initiatives/ processes specific to EAST Region.

o Others as defined from time to time

Educational Qualification: Full-Time MBA

Work Experience -Relevant/ Total Years: 4-7 years of relevant experience

Behavioural Competencies: Collaborative approach, Good Interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, Time management
