Product Designer

At Digital & Data, Zuellig Pharma, product designers are at the forefront of the creative process. We’re looking for a detail-oriented product designer who has superior design skills and experience, along with a portfolio that proves it. An innovative, outside-the-box mindset is highly. With products ranging in scope, platforms, and target audience, senior product designers must be equipped to manage multiple requirements and deadlines. More important, the ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Objectives of this role

Design visual concepts using Figma

Incorporate relevant branding, marketing, and communication strategies in designs

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product teams for cohesive deliverables

Consistently deliver creative solutions to address customer needs and make data-driven decisions

Work with product managers and the design team to facilitate requirements gathering, define customer journey, and validate concept designs with stakeholders

Define and maintain customer journeys and use them to identify and initiate improvements in order to address customer needs

Validate designs by creating prototypes for testing and running a/b tests as needed

Required skills and qualifications

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

2+ years of product design experience with a balanced knowledge and skills in UI and UX

Mastery of foundational design concepts and visual principles

Proficiency with Figma as well as prototyping and research tools and techniques for outstanding design work

Ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and produce work within deadlines

Worked in agile environments with experience running design sprints

A self-starter and a team player

Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in design or art-related field

Experience in building a design system
