– Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with landlords to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.

– Acquire a thorough understanding of the landlord needs and requirements

– Serve as the link of communication between landlord and internal teams

– Develop a detailed project plan for New store opening to track progress

– Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of New store (COCO/FOCO) openings

– Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

– Resolving issues pertaining to store under the purview of the landlord

– Supporting New initiatives which would need Landlords intervention at the store

– Timely closure of queries/ issues raised by the central IRL team

– Completing the documentation for on-boarding & running the franchise business.
