Desired Candidate:

Must have prior experience in recruitment (IT positions) and must be comfortable with IT positions.

Should possess excellent communication, interpersonal and candidate management skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Willing to work for a minimum of 3 hours per day.

Good understanding of the recruitment cycle.
